Breakdown response
Breakdown support is arranged under the agreed service terms. Response times, service hours and coverage areas are [TO CONFIRM: whether 24/7 breakdown response is offered, response targets and coverage areas].
Statutory requirements vary
Maintenance carried out through cranes.sg does not by itself satisfy statutory inspection, certification or registration requirements. These vary by jurisdiction, crane type and use — for example, frameworks administered by MOM in Singapore, DOSH in Malaysia and, for oil and gas activities in Indonesia, MIGAS. Statutory examinations are carried out by the party authorised under the applicable regime. The client remains responsible for its statutory duties unless a specific responsibility is expressly accepted in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Can cranes.sg support crane maintenance and breakdown repair?
Planned maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown repair can be discussed, subject to confirmed coverage and service terms. Response times and any out-of-hours or 24/7 support are [TO CONFIRM: whether 24/7 breakdown response is offered, and where]. See Maintenance & Inspection.
Do crane inspection requirements differ between Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia?
Yes. Each country has its own legal framework, authorities and procedures for crane registration, inspection, testing and certification, and requirements also depend on the crane type and its use. In broad terms, Singapore's framework is administered by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM); in Malaysia, the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH); and in Indonesia, requirements depend on the sector, including MIGAS oversight for oil and gas activities. The applicable requirements are confirmed for each project.
Does engaging cranes.sg guarantee authority approval or statutory certification?
No. Approvals, registrations and statutory certifications are granted by the relevant authority or authorised party in each jurisdiction. We can support the technical and documentation work agreed in its scope, but cannot guarantee any approval or certification outcome.
